JOB TITLE: Business Development Executive (Commercial Interiors)

LOCATION: Aundh, Pune

WORK MODE: On-site (Mon - Sat ; 10:30am - 6:30pm)


COMPANY OVERVIEW:

We are a commercial interior design studio specializing in large corporate spaces for MNC’s and Enterprise Clients, providing turnkey solutions. We have completed multiple projects across India in various metro cities.


With a portfolio of elite clients, a very strong team (50+) and four offices in various cities we aim to provide the best solutions with elegant and modern designs.


ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities in the corporate and commercial interiors segment. The role involves cold outreach, lead engagement, pitching services, setting up meetings, and supporting the RFP and proposal process for large MNC and corporate clients.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct cold outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to leads provided by the company
  • Identify, engage, and qualify decision-makers within large MNCs and corporate organizations
  • Pitch commercial interior design services clearly and confidently to prospective clients
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the senior design/sales team
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and track all activities in CRM or internal trackers
  • Prepare, customize, and submit RFPs, RFQs, proposals, and capability decks as per client requirements
  • Understand client briefs, workspace needs, timelines, and budgets during initial discussions
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for proposal inputs
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Stay updated on corporate real estate, workspace trends, and competitor activity

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–4 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or B2B sales
  • Experience in commercial interiors, real estate, architecture, or design industry is a strong advantage
  • Proven experience in cold calling, cold emailing, and lead generation
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with RFPs, proposals, and corporate documentation
  • Comfortable interacting with CXOs, facility heads, procurement teams, and senior stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
