Job Description
- Identify and generate leads for hotel franchise opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals
- Pitch the company’s hotel franchise model, brand value, and commercial terms to potential partners
- Conduct property evaluations, feasibility checks, and preliminary commercial discussions
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, legal, branding, finance) for franchise onboarding
- Negotiate commercial terms, LOIs, and assist in closure of franchise agreements
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective franchise partners
- Track pipeline, prepare MIS reports, and achieve monthly/quarterly franchise acquisition targets
- Support franchisees during pre-opening and launch phase to ensure smooth onboarding
