📌 Job Role: Business Development Executive - Inside Sales
Job Type: Full-Time | Individual Contributor
Reporting To: Associate Director – Sales
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound leads and qualify customers based on company criteria
- Schedule meetings for solar consultants
- Build rapport and address customer queries related to solar solutions
- Update and maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system
- Follow up on unresponsive leads to maximize conversions
- Contribute ideas to improve lead engagement and conversion processes
Eligibility & Requirements :
Education: Graduate (Any discipline)
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in inside sales / telecalling
Skills Required:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and sales funnels
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Energetic, result-oriented, and customer-focused
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Ability to handle customer objections and resolve conflicts effectively
