📌 Job Role: Business Development Executive - Inside Sales

Job Type: Full-Time | Individual Contributor

Reporting To: Associate Director – Sales


Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound leads and qualify customers based on company criteria
  • Schedule meetings for solar consultants
  • Build rapport and address customer queries related to solar solutions
  • Update and maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system
  • Follow up on unresponsive leads to maximize conversions
  • Contribute ideas to improve lead engagement and conversion processes


Eligibility & Requirements :

Education: Graduate (Any discipline)

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in inside sales / telecalling


Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and sales funnels
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Energetic, result-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle customer objections and resolve conflicts effectively
