Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, and networking
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services
  • Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into sales
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects/orders
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills:


  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
  • Ability to handle customer queries confidently
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
