Job Description

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves researching potential markets, generating leads, pitching products or services, and negotiating business deals to achieve sales targets.

  • Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry research, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and present appropriate products or services.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine offerings and strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and market trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.


  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (1–4 years) in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
