Job Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound customer leads, engage with potential homeowners, and support conversions by scheduling consultations with our solar experts.

This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are energetic, customer-focused, and eager to grow in sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads and qualify them as per company criteria
  • Engage with potential customers and answer initial queries about solar solutions
  • Schedule meetings between customers and solar consultants
  • Follow up with unresponsive leads to improve conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience
  • Suggest ideas to improve lead engagement and conversion processes

Eligibility & Skills

Education:

  • Graduate (Any stream)

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 years in inside sales / telecalling / customer engagement
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome

Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and CRM tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle customer objections
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
