Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Smart Speaker Sales and Installation Specialist to join our team. The role involves onboarding merchants, selling smart speakers, and completing installations in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard merchants and pitch smart speaker solutions to them.
• Sell smart speakers and related accessories to merchants.
• Conduct demonstrations and showcase the features and benefits of smart speakers.
• Coordinate with merchants to schedule installations.
• Travel to merchant locations to complete smart speaker installations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up with merchants post-installation.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and installations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales, particularly in field sales.
• Knowledge of smart speaker technology and related products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pitch and sell products effectively.
• Comfortable with traveling in the field to meet with merchants.
• Excellent customer service skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Technical aptitude and ability to perform installations and troubleshooting.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
