Job Title: Business Development Executive – MSME Loans

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Lead Management Executive to join Credit Core Finance (BM Credit Core Finserv Pvt Ltd), Koregaon Park, Pune.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming Meta (Facebook/Instagram) leads on a daily basis
• Call and qualify leads, fix appointments with prospects
• Follow up consistently until all required documents are received
• Hand over complete client files to the back office team
• Maintain daily lead tracker and update status regularly

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi
• Basic smartphone, WhatsApp, and Excel proficiency
• Punctual, self-driven, and target-oriented
• Prior experience in telecalling, loan sales, or lead management preferred
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
