Role Summary

We are hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs) to support business growth through lead generation, calling, client meetings, and sales closure. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage business leads

Maintain lead data in CRM / Excel

Make outbound calls and follow up with prospects

Handle online sales and schedule meetings

Visit clients for offline meetings when required

Assist in proposal preparation and deal closure

Achieve assigned targets and submit regular reports

Skills Required

Good communication and convincing skills

Comfortable with calling and client interaction

Basic knowledge of Excel / CRM

Willing to travel locally

Qualification

Graduate (MBA Marketing preferred)
