Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to champion the sales of our IT infrastructure products (Servers, Storage, Networking, Cloud Solutions, Security, Telecom products etc.). In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the IT hardware and software infrastructure sector.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the IT landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of closing deals in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential clients in target industries (SMEs, Enterprise, Government, etc.).
  • Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media (LinkedIn).
  • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with our IT infrastructure product offerings.

2. Sales & Account Management

  • Conduct consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Understand client technical requirements and propose suitable infrastructure solutions (e.g., Servers, Firewalls, Switches, Storage Area Networks).
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to drive up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.

3. Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in IT infrastructure (Hyper-converged infrastructure, Hybrid Cloud, Cyber Security).
  • Analyze competitor activities and market shifts to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and meet client expectations.

4. Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (quotas).
  • Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts (Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Networking Protocols).
  • Skills:


  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
