Job Summary:

Prime Homes Realtors is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with experience in BPO, customer support, sales, or real estate sales who are passionate about building a career in real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new clients for real estate projects.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up on inquiries.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth closure of sales.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Prepare and maintain reports on sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in BPO, customer support, sales, or real estate sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of real estate market trends is a plus.
