Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and digital channels
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers or partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, franchise partners, and stakeholders
  • Present company products/services and explain value propositions clearly
  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, documentation, and service activation
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business targets
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Prepare basic reports on sales performance and growth activities
  • Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and reporting tools
  • Willingness to travel locally for field work
  • Preferred SkillsExperience in B2B / B2C sales
