๐ŸŽฏ Role Overview: We are looking for a target-oriented, aggressive, and confident sales professional who can generate business, close deals, and contribute directly to company revenue growth.


This role is for someone who understands IT services sales and is serious about building a long-term career in B2B sales.

  • ๐Ÿ”ฅ Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and references
  • Handle inbound & outbound sales inquiries
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
  • Conduct virtual meetings and presentations
  • Coordinate with the technical team for proposals and estimations
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain CRM records and follow-ups
  • Build long-term client relationships


๐Ÿ“Š Target Expectation: Monthly revenue target will be assigned

  • Minimum deal closure expectation: 2โ€“5 projects per month (depending on size)
  • Focus on Web Development & Digital Marketing service sales


๐Ÿง  Required Skills Must-Have:1โ€“2 years of experience in IT Services Sales (B2B preferred)

  • Experience in Web Development / Digital Marketing sales
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Confidence in client handling & negotiation
  • Basic understanding of IT services & digital marketing concepts
  • Ability to work under target pressure


Good to Have: Experience with LinkedIn lead generation

  • Knowledge of CRM tools
  • Proposal drafting skills
  • International client exposure

๐ŸŽ“ Qualification: Graduate in any stream (MBA Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
