Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
- Client Handling: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients; act as the main point of contact for all client communication.
- Business Explanation: Present and explain the company’s products/services to prospective clients clearly and convincingly.
- Sales Closure: Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Payment Follow-up: Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely payment collection and proper documentation.
- Market Analysis: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain sales reports, pipelines, and performance dashboards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
