Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting revenue growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits.

Conduct client meetings and present company products/services.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.

Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Maintain CRM records and sales reports.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Willingness to travel for field sales or client meetings.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Preferred Skills

Experience in B2B / B2C sales.

Knowledge of industrial, IT, real estate, or service sectors.

Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
