Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lane 6, Koregaon Park, Pune

Job Type: Full-Time ( 9 Am – 6 Pm)

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
• Monitor the coworking space and ensure it is well-maintained and presentable.
• Manage and track incoming leads through various channels.
• Convert leads into clients by offering tailored coworking solutions.
• Conduct tours of the coworking space and explain the benefits to potential clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with other team members to provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare and present reports on sales activities, leads, and conversion rates.
• Represent the coworking space in a professional manner at all times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Polite, soft-spoken, and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
