Job Description

A Marketing Manager develops, implements, and oversees strategies to promote a company's brand, products, or services, driving growth and visibility by managing campaigns, budgets, teams (or agencies), and analyzing performance across digital/traditional channels, working closely with sales/product teams to align with business goals. Key duties include market research, campaign execution, team leadership, budget control, performance tracking (KPIs/ROI), and maintaining brand consistency. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop multi-channel marketing strategies, identify target audiences, plan campaigns, and set objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Lead execution across digital (SEO, PPC, Social), content, email, and traditional media; manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Team Leadership: Guide, train, and manage internal marketing teams or external agencies/partners.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research, analyze consumer trends, and monitor competitor activity to find new opportunities.
  • Performance & Reporting: Set KPIs, track campaign effectiveness (ROI, conversion rates), and report insights to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product, Creative, and Customer Support to ensure consistent messaging and successful product launches.
  • Brand Management: Build and maintain a consistent brand identity and voice across all platforms. 

Core Duties

  • Create marketing plans and budgets.
  • Oversee digital marketing (web, social, email) and offline activities (events, PR).
  • Analyze campaign results and market data.
  • Lead marketing staff or agencies.
  • Develop lead generation strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments for aligned goals.
