Job Role - Inside Sales Executive

Relevant Professional Experience Min: 0 year Max: 2 Year 

Scope Of Work / Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads, qualify them based on company criteria, and schedule meetings with solar consultants.

• Build rapport with potential customers and address initial queries about solar solutions.

• Update and maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system.

• Follow up on unresponsive leads to maximize conversions.

• Contribute ideas to improve lead engagement and conversion processes.

Expectations

• 1–2 years of experience in tele calling or inside sales (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).

• Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages.

• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic knowledge of sales funnels.

• Energetic, results-oriented, and eager to learn.

• The candidate should be a problem solver and should be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

• The candidate should be able to resolve conflicts with the customer

• Proficiency in MS Office
