• Processing campaign from panel to panel.
• Needs to add balance in user A/c and maintain records.
• Co-ordination with other departments for customers.

Customer Support Tasks:

• Handling Customer Inquiries: Responding to queries via phone, email, chat.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting problems and providing solutions promptly.
• Panel Management: Assisting customers with Panel training,
• Feedback Collection: Gathering customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Product/Service Guidance: Providing detailed information about products or services.
