Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers or respond to inbound inquiries.
  • Introduce and promote products/services effectively.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales quotas.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and tactfully.
  • Update and manage customer database accurately.
  • Provide feedback to the sales or marketing team regarding customer responses and market trends.
  • Follow up with leads and clients to close sales or schedule appointments.
