Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and helping the company expand its client base in the digital marketing and media industry. This role involves B2B client interactions, lead generation, cold calling, and conducting client meetings to understand business needs and offer suitable digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.

2) Schedule and conduct client meetings (B2B) to present digital marketing services.

3)Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal marketing team to deliver customized solutions.

4) Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

5) Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

6)Keep updated with the latest trends and services in the digital marketing industry.

7) Maintain proper records of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in CRM or reports.

Requirements:

1)Education: Any graduate with good communication and presentation skills.

2) Experience: Candidates with prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or Media Industry will be preferred.(Fresher with good communication skills also preferred )

3) Must have a valid driving license.

4)Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.

5) Comfortable with both calling and field visits for client acquisition.

6) Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
