*Job Title:* Business Development Executive (BDE)

*Location:* Hadapsar, Pune (near JSPM College)

*Responsibilities*

- Find and connect with students interested in online courses

- Help with marketing activities such as social-media posts and promotions

- Guide candidates about course options and assist with admissions

- Stay in touch with students to ensure smooth support during their studies

- Work towards targets by following up and converting leads into admissions

- Track performance metrics including leads, admissions, and student satisfaction

*Skills Required*

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and digital-marketing platforms

- Pro-efficiency with Microsoft Excel

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced EdTech environment

*Qualifications*

- Recent graduates from any background.

- 0–1 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field (preferred)

- Freshers with strong interest in marketing & business development are encouraged to apply
