Business Development Executive- Sales Intern

Role: Business Development Intern

Internship Duration: 4 Months

Payroll: Third-Party Payroll

Employment Opportunity: Based on performance, interns may be offered full-time employment after successful completion of the internship.

Eligibility: Candidates currently pursuing graduation or post-graduation are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calling to prospective customers and generate new business leads
• Work on lead generation through various channels
• Schedule and conduct one-on-one Google Meet calls with potential clients
• Pitch the company’s products/services and clearly explain features, benefits, and pricing
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Handle price negotiation and work towards deal closure
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM or tracking sheets
• Collaborate with the sales and business development team to achieve targets

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in speaking with clients over calls and video meetings
• Basic understanding of sales and business development (training will be provided)
• Ability to negotiate and persuade
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to learn
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
