Job Description: This role requires candidate to reach out to SME business owners through various groups and associations for lead generation. Deliverables include:

Prospecting and pitching to SME business owners who are relevant for structuring and growing their businesses
Driving TG to 45minutes sessions with Coach and ensuring conversion through sign up for business coaching engagement
Planning and organizing workshops and webinars on monthly basis for TG in coordination with other stakeholders like agencies, business platforms etc
Identifying sources where SME business owners interact regularly and creating a value proposition for long term engagement with them
Responsible for owning and delivering the revenue targets of this vertical

Desired Candidate Profile:

Having an understanding of how SME’s function and what challenges they face in running their establishments. Candidate is required to bridge the gap between these problems and the solutions that Embark Business Coaching program provides
Process oriented to identify business needs, create opportunities and convert them as clients for EBC
Target oriented to achieve monthly and annual goals wrt revenues decided upon
Already existing network of SME businesses preferred
Should have excellent communication skills
Willing to work in a challenging and dynamic startup environment
