Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads from colleges, institutes, and corporates
- Pitch and sell career services (Career Aptitude Tests, Mock Interviews, Resume Building)
- Build and manage B2B partnerships and institutional tie-ups
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & revenue targets
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate career workshops, seminars, and recruitment drives
- Support digital marketing, branding, and social media campaigns
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
