Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Description:

Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate and close new business leads
2. Build and maintain client relationships
3. Identify market opportunities and growth areas
4. Prepare proposals and negotiate deals
5. Achieve sales and revenue targets
6. Maintain sales reports and CRM records

Preferred candidate profile

1. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
4. Ability to identify opportunities and close deals
5. Result-oriented with strong relationship management skills
6. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
