Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new business opportunities: This involves researching the market, analyzing trends, and identifying potential clients or projects. 
  • Building and maintaining client relationships: Establishing strong connections with potential and existing clients, as well as other stakeholders in the real estate industry. 
  • Developing and executing sales strategies: Creating and implementing plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. 
  • Negotiating and closing deals: Managing the sales process from initial contact to the finalization of contracts. 
  • Collaborating with internal teams: Working with sales, marketing, and other departments to align on business goals and strategies. 
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports: Analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting findings to senior management. 
  • Attending industry events and conferences: Networking and generating leads at relevant events. 
  • Conducting market research: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. 
  • Developing proposals and presentations: Creating compelling proposals and presentations to showcase the company's offerings to potential clients. 
  • Managing sales processes: Overseeing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. 
  • Keeping records of sales, revenue, and invoices: Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and financial transactions. 
  • Providing feedback and after-sales support: Ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any post-sale needs. 
  • Connecting with developers and forging deals for bulk buying: Building relationships with developers and negotiating bulk purchase agreements. 
  • Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects: Tracking potential clients and nurturing them through the sales process. 
  • Coordinating the closing of property deals: Overseeing the final steps of the sales process to ensure smooth and successful transactions. 
  • Determining new opportunities by analyzing business needs: Identifying and evaluating potential business opportunities based on market analysis and client needs. 
  • Assisting in the development of annual sales goals: Contributing to the development of sales targets and projections. 
  • Assisting in the completion of monthly targets: Working to meet monthly sales goals and performance metrics. 
  • Developing and delivering business plans: Creating and implementing comprehensive business plans based on market research and analysis. 
  • Building referral and lead generation networks: Establishing connections and relationships to generate leads and referrals. 
  • Preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines: Ensuring all sales contracts comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field .
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in real estate .
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills .
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities .
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends .
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills .
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans .
  • Experience with CRM software .
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines .
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills .
