Job Description
- Sales and strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Client relationship management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, consultants, contractors, and developers. *****Glazing Facade Work, Aluminium windows and doors, Unitized Panel, Glass Work.
- Business development: Generate leads through networking, project mapping, and site visits.
- Proposal and negotiation: Prepare and manage proposals, quotations, and tenders; negotiate terms and close deals.
- Technical and client support: Understand client requirements, propose customized façade solutions, and conduct technical presentations.
- Market analysis: Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and stay updated on industry developments.
- Internal collaboration: Work closely with design, project, and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Reporting: Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for management.
