Job Description
- Key Roles & Responsibilities:Recruit and onboard insurance agents (Advisors) in the assigned territory.
- Provide training, guidance, and motivation to agents to help them improve productivity.
- Generate business through the agents by selling life/general insurance policies.
- Support agents in sales presentations and client meetings, whenever required.
- Monitor and track agent performance to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction & retention.
- Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations with the agency team.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Experience in Sales / BFSI / Insurance / FMCG / Telecom is an added advantage
