Job Description
This role focuses on expanding market presence and driving revenue growth within the construction and real estate sectors by concentrating on facade solutions, aluminium fabrication, glazing, uPVC windows, and unitized panels. It requires a blend of technical knowledge of building materials and strategic sales abilities to forge relationships with key decision-makers
Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Identify opportunities through market research, target customer segments, monitor trends, and develop sales plans.
- Client Relationship Management and Sales: Generate leads, build relationships with stakeholders, present solutions, manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and engage with consultants to ensure product specification.
- Technical and Project Coordination: Apply technical knowledge of products, collaborate with internal teams, and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain sales records and pipelines in CRM systems, and prepare forecasts, proposals, and contracts.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is often required, with an MBA being beneficial.
- Experience: Previous experience in business development or B2B sales in the building materials or facade industry is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, and proficiency in relevant software are important.
Work Environment
The role involves significant fieldwork, including client meetings, site visits, and attending industry events.
