Business Development Manager (BDM)

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with architects, façade consultants, structural engineers, developers, and main contractors.
• Technical Sales & Presentations: Conduct technical presentations to demonstrate company capabilities, product knowledge, and customized solutions.
• Tendering & Estimation: Analyze project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and niche areas.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate with the design, engineering, and estimation teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements and to facilitate smooth project handovers.
