Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Description:We are hiring a Field Sales Executive with prior FMCG background to handle field visits, client acquisition, and client management. The candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily field visits to retailers, distributors, and potential clients

Acquire new clients and onboard new retail outlets

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify new leads through networking, cold calling, research, and events. 

Sales Presentations: Demonstrate and present products/services to potential clients, highlighting benefits and solutions. 

Negotiation & Closing: Handle contract negotiations, prepare quotes, and finalize sales to meet targets. 

Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure satisfaction. 

Reporting & Strategy: Track sales activities in CRM, report performance, analyze market trends, and contribute to sales strategy. 

Collaboration: Work with marketing, support, and other teams for a seamless customer journey. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.

Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work towards targets.

Often requires a degree (Sales/Marketing) and prior sales experience.
