Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and generate new leads for MSME funding and business services
- Build relationships with entrepreneurs, startups, and MSME owners
- Promote government schemes and company services
- Client ConsultationUnderstand client business requirements
- Guide clients on suitable loan schemes, subsidies, and registrations
- Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and application process
- Sales & TargetsAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain client database and follow-up for conversions
- Convert leads into successful funding applications
- Market ExpansionDevelop partnerships with CA firms, consultants, and business networks
- Attend networking events and business meets
- Explore new markets for MSME funding services
- Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of MSME funding schemes and business registrations (preferred)
- Ability to build relationships with entrepreneurs
- Sales-oriented mindset with target-driven performance
- Basic understanding of loan processes and government schemes
