Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and guide them throughout their admission journey.
- Connect with qualified leads through calls and follow-ups to understand their career aspirations and learning needs.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Research market trends, industry demands, and competitor offerings to provide relevant and updated career guidance.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, academic, and operations teams to ensure smooth conversions and onboarding.
- Convert interested leads into successful admissions by handling objections and building trust.
- Track daily performance metrics, maintain accurate CRM records, and report progress towards business goals.
- Clearly explain program USPs, curriculum highlights, mentorship support, career outcomes, and placement assistance to prospective learners.
