Business Development Manager (BDM)

A Business Development Manager (BDM) in the facade and aluminum fabrication industry is responsible for driving revenue growth by securing projects related to curtain walls, unitized glazing, and aluminum fenestration (doors/windows). The role involves technical sales, building relationships with architects, developers, and consultants, and coordinating with internal technical teams. 

Key Responsibilities

 Identify trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.

Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure repeat business.

Conduct presentations for key accounts to demonstrate unitized glazing, semi-unitized glazing, curtain walls, and window systems.

Report on zone sales performance, budgets, and market developments to senior management.

Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure repeat business.

Deep understanding of aluminum extrusion window systems, facades, glass facade systems, glazing industry standards, and unitized panels.
