1) Mandatory real estate sales experience of West Pune is required.

2) Area worked in -Wakad, Tathewade, Punawale, Ravet, Baner, Balewadi, Bavdhan, Mhalunge (any of them).

 3) Job includes calling the clients, pitching about the projects and taking them for site visits focusing towards booking.

4) Good communication skills and presentable.

5) Generate leads through networking, site visits, referrals, and marketing initiatives, Data calling and Leads.

6) Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.

7) Update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.

8) Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and pricing.
