Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and revenue-focused Business Development Manager responsible for driving business growth, generating high-value leads, closing strategic deals, and building long-term client relationships. The candidate must have strong sales leadership capabilities, negotiation expertise, and operational coordination skills. This role demands ownership of revenue targets and expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Generation & Business Expansion
• Develop and execute business growth strategies.
• Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
• Generate high-quality leads through field visits, networking, and tele outreach.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
2. Lead Conversion & Deal Closure
• Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person).
• Present business proposals professionally.
• Handle pricing discussions and high-level negotiations.
• Close deals independently within approved margins.
• Secure long-term contracts and repeat business.
3. Team Coordination & Supervision
• Guide and monitor telecalling or sales executives.
• Review daily sales reports and CRM updates.
• Assist team members in closing complex deals.
• Coordinate with management for strategic decision-making.
4. Relationship Management
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Handle escalations professionally.
• Build referral networks.
5. Reporting & CRM Management
• Maintain accurate CRM data.
• Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze sales metrics and conversion ratios.
• Forecast revenue trends and provide strategic inputs.
