We are Looking for - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER ( Immediate Joiner welcome )

Material Handling System / Automation System Business.

Job Location- Pune.

Qualification- B.E./ B.Tech./ Mech./ Elec./ Automation./ Material Handling.+ MBA.

Candidate from Process Industry / Cement/ Pharma Industry will be preferred.


CTC- 15- 25 LPA Depends on Experience and Current Salary.


Experience- 10 - 25 Yrs. in Material Handling/ Automation Industry as Business Development Manager.


Role and Responsibilities- Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and creating strategies to increase revenue and profitability. Key duties include market research, lead generation, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal teams like sales and marketing. BDMs also focus on strategic planning, analyzing market trends, and developing plans to expand market presence. 

Key responsibilities

  • Identify new opportunities: Conduct market research to find new markets, potential clients, and innovative solutions for the company's products and services.
  • Generate and qualify leads: Find and attract potential clients through networking, cold calling, and following up on referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Develop strategies: Create detailed business plans and sales strategies for new markets and client needs, while staying updated on industry trends.
  • Negotiate and close deals: Use negotiation skills to secure new clients and finalize strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure aligned goals and smooth project execution.
  • Report progress: Prepare status reports on goals and track progress using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
