Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Visit hospitals, societies, offices, and commercial buildings for business development
- Generate new clients for housekeeping, patient care, and cleaning products
- Explain company services and products to clients
- Handle client meetings and give presentations
- Follow up regularly for closing deals
- Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM/records
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Requirements:Education: Minimum Graduate (MBA preferred)
- Experience: 1–3 years in field sales (facility management preferred)
- Good communication skills (Marathi, Hindi, English)
- Own bike & driving license (preferred)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
