• Experience RequiredMinimum 2 years of overall experience
• At least 2 years of proven sales experience (mandatory)
• Experience in Education, Training, or Stock Market industry will be preferred
• Compensation Salary: 20000-40000 PM + Attractive performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities-

• Establish and manage tie-ups with colleges and educational institutions
• Develop partnerships with training institutes and skill development centers
• Execute field-level business development and canopy marketing activities
• Generate leads and drive course enrollments and sales
• Handle calls, follow-ups, and student conversions
• Maintain accurate records and prepare daily reports (EOD submission)
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives
• Skills & Competencies Required Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined professional
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
