Job Summary: The role involves driving admissions, generating leads, counselling students, and contributing to revenue growth. Candidates must have strong communication, sales ability, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel walk-in candidates and guide them through the admission process.
- Check student eligibility and share timely feedback.
- Coordinate with accounts and student support teams for documents and payments.
- Resolve student queries effectively.
- Submit admission cancellation reports and documentation as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 12th pass or Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business, Marketing, Education).
- 1–3 years’ sales experience (EdTech preferred).
- Strong communication (English, Marathi, Hindi).
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable.
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel if needed.
Package & Work Details:
- Salary: ₹3–5 LPA + Lucrative Incentives
- Working Days: Monday–Saturday (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Location: Bavdhan, Pune
