We are currently expanding aggressively in Pune and looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive to onboard professional cleaning partners.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and onboarding professional cleaning vendors in Pune
  • Building and managing his/her own vendor pipeline
  • Conducting vendor pitching calls
  • Coordinating training & screening rounds
  • Ensuring vendors meet quality standards before activation

This is a high-ownership role with strong growth potential.

  1. Key ResponsibilitiesVendor Acquisition

  • Identify potential cleaning service providers across Pune
  • Create and manage daily calling pipeline
  • Pitch Safsafaiwala partnership model clearly and professionally
  • Convince and onboard qualified vendors
  1. Pipeline Management

  • Build own database (JustDial, IndiaMart, references, field sourcing, etc.)
  • Track vendor stages: Contacted → Interested → Screening → Training → Activated
  • Maintain daily follow-up discipline
  1. Screening & Training Coordination

  • Conduct initial telephonic screening
  • Evaluate experience (Urban Company, local agencies, independent teams)
  • Line up shortlisted vendors for training sessions
  • Coordinate with operations team for final approval
  1. Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure vendors meet service quality standards
  • Collect necessary documents (Aadhar, PAN, bank details, etc.)
  • Explain commission structure & company policies clearly
  1. Daily Reporting

  • Daily call count report
  • Pipeline status report
  • Weekly onboarding targets
  • Target & KPIs80+ vendor onboarding in Pune (phase target)
  • Minimum daily 60–80 vendor outreach calls
  • Weekly screening pipeline
  • Vendor activation rate
  • Required SkillsGood communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
  • Strong convincing & negotiation skills
  • Self-driven & target-oriented
  • Comfortable with daily calling
  • Experience in field sales / telecalling / vendor acquisition preferred
  • Knowledge of Pune market is a plus
  • Preferred ExperienceExperience in Urban Company vendor onboarding
  • Worked in service marketplace / aggregator model
  • Experience in recruitment or partner acquisition
