Job Description
Prop acres realty provide professional advisory services to clients on property investments,
market trends, valuations, and real estate transactions. The role involves conducting market
research, analysing data, preparing reports, and guiding clients through decision-making
processes to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Advisory & Consultation
• Provide expert advice to clients on buying, selling, leasing, and investing in real
estate.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties or investment strategies.
• Assist clients through the entire transaction lifecycle, including negotiations.
2. Market Research & Analysis
• Conduct market studies, feasibility analyses, and competitive benchmarking.
• Analyse property values, rental trends, and investment viability.
• Prepare financial models, ROI calculations, and project evaluations.
3. Property Sourcing & Evaluation
• Identify potential properties for acquisition, development, or leasing.
• Visit and inspect properties; assess condition, location, and market potential.
• Maintain an updated database of real estate listings and opportunities.
4. Documentation & Compliance
• Prepare proposals, transaction documents, due diligence reports, and client
presentations.• Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations, documentation standards, and
legal processes.
5. Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
• Support business development efforts by generating leads and expanding networks.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Architecture, or
related field.
• Fresher/ Experienced in real estate consulting, brokerage, or advisory services.
• Strong understanding of property valuation, financial analysis, and local real estate
regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and real estate platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial property consulting.
• Knowledge of real estate development processes.
• Certification in real estate or investment advisory (optional).
