Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will engage in a variety of tasks that contribute to the successful implementation of business functions within the organization. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members, analyzing processes, and ensuring that projects align with strategic goals. You will also be responsible for facilitating communication between different departments and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned on project objectives. Your role will require you to adapt to changing circumstances and provide insights that drive efficiency and effectiveness in business operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Payment Card Acquiring. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with payment processing systems. - Strong understanding of transaction management and reconciliation processes. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to payment card transactions. - Ability to analyze and optimize payment workflows for efficiency. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Payment Card Acquiring. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
