You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and providing insights to enhance operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Payment Card Acquiring. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with diverse teams. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. - Experience in stakeholder management to ensure alignment and support across various teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Payment Card Acquiring. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
