Project Role : Business Function Implementation Lead
Project Role Description : Plan and lead the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance for the business function end to end. Ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis, design/re-design and/or organization structure definition.

Summary: As a Business Function Implementation Lead, you will plan and oversee the execution of various activities aimed at enhancing the performance of a specific business function. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all initiatives align with business requirements, including conducting thorough process analyses and designing or redesigning organizational structures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and drive consensus among stakeholders. - Monitor and evaluate the implementation progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Model Strategy. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and influence stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. - Experience in change management practices to support organizational transitions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Business Model Strategy. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
