Instructors can also be referred to as a facilitator, who may be knowledgeable and experienced in the learning material, but can also be used more for their facilitation skills and ability to deliver material to learners.
What are we looking for? •Insurance domain – CII course designations for UK Life & Pensions; LOMA ALMI/FLMI for US Life; Associateship designation from the Institutes; RPF/QKA form ASPPA•Minimum 5+ years experience of managing insurance capability creation and transition interventions•In-depth knowledge of relevant insurance domain•Knowledge of MS Office products, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills•Experience in working with online learning management systems and conducting training virtually via virtual training such as but not limited to Live Meeting, Meeting Place preferred•12+ years of experience in UK Pension domain– with industry experience in financial services Ex- Commercial Property. Client Admin, Investment Admin or Business Admin•2 – 3 years of work experience in transitions. Should have managed or part of minimum 3 transitions •2 – 3 years of training or teaching experience•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, required•Training Needs Analysis (TNA)•Investment Management•Client & Stakeholder Management•Ability to meet deadlines•People Development – Feedback & Coaching
Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems• Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures• The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads• Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture• The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments• Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams• Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
