Business Manager

Job Role :

We are hiring a results-driven Business Manager to lead Core Sales-B2B Sales who will be focusing on net sales and corporate client acquisition (Broker Onboarding). The role involves creating strategies to meet revenue targets, building long-term client relationships, and promoting Magicbricks' values.

Key responsibilities include acquiring and retaining clients, managing client interactions, ensuring timely revenue collection, and monitoring market trends to refine strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, excellent client management skills, and a proven track record in achieving business growth.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in new client acquisition of Minimum 3 years
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must Have field sales experience
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Any Graduate/MBA

Salary Range: ₹4 LPA - ₹7 LPA
