Role Overview

We are an authorized distributor of leading electrical brands and a fast-growing wholesale operation. We are seeking a highly disciplined, proactive Operations & Branch Manager to oversee full-day business operations — from opening the branch at 10 AM to closing at 7 PM.

This role carries significant responsibility. The right candidate will bring structure, accountability, and operational leadership to a high-volume wholesale environment.

Core Responsibilities

1. Daily Branch Management

• Open and close the business daily
• Supervise 8–10 warehouse and counter staff
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales desk and warehouse
• Maintain discipline, efficiency, and professional standards

2. Inventory & Warehouse Control

• Monitor fast-moving electrical SKUs
• Maintain accurate stock levels and prevent shortages
• Conduct regular stock checks and manage reordering
• Reduce pilferage and discrepancies
• Ensure organized storage and dispatch flow

3. Purchase Orders & Vendor Management

• Process and track purchase orders with brands and suppliers
• Coordinate inward goods and verify GRNs
• Maintain proper documentation for authorized distribution compliance

4. Invoicing & Dispatch

• Oversee billing accuracy and invoice verification
• Ensure timely dispatch of outgoing orders
• Monitor pending orders and follow through to completion
• Maintain clean documentation for accounting reconciliation
• 5. Operational Discipline & Reporting
• Maintain daily sales and inventory reports
• Track fast-moving vs slow-moving items
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
• Report directly to ownership with operational insights
• Ideal Candidate Profile4–8+ years experience in wholesale, distribution, or electrical trading
• Experience handling branded electrical products preferred
• Strong inventory management skills
• Detail-oriented and numbers-driven
• Proactive and solution-focused
• Capable of leading a warehouse + counter team confidently
