Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the analysis and design of innovative business processes. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring that the new processes align with organizational goals. You will also participate in user and task analysis, representing the needs of the business while guiding the implementation of new technologies and processes. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to enhancing operational efficiency through well-structured documentation and process design. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support process implementation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in process mapping and documentation techniques. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of process initiatives. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
