Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the design of business processes that align with functional requirements and key performance indicators. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the processes are effectively mapped out and understood. You will work closely with the Application Architect to develop a comprehensive process blueprint, ensuring that all business and design requirements are met. Additionally, you will participate in quality management reviews and provide education to stakeholders, fostering a complete understanding of the designs and their implications for the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Digital Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling techniques.
- Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform process design.
- Familiarity with quality management principles and practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Digital Manufacturing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
